Repair requests from Amasya
ABlok Bilisim provides technical assessment and repair for notebooks, desktop computers, MacBooks and Microsoft Surface devices. Our only physical service centre is in Perpa Trade Center, Sisli, Istanbul. A service-area page does not indicate a separate branch in Amasya.
Customers outside Istanbul should contact us before shipping a device. We confirm whether the model and reported fault are within our service scope, then explain packaging, carrier and intake details.
Information required before delivery
Please provide the complete model, serial number when available, charging behaviour, display symptoms and previous repair history. Important data should be backed up before service whenever possible.
Inspection, quotation and approval
The device is registered on arrival and inspected for the reported fault. Repair scope, compatible parts, expected cost and timing are communicated after diagnosis. Work begins only after approval.
Return and collection
After repair and functional testing, collection or return shipment is arranged according to the agreed method. Packaging and transport responsibility should be clarified before shipping.
